Monteverde Tours is an experienced travel agency, based in Monteverde and Arenal but arranges tours, transport, and especially package vacations all around Costa Rica, not just in Monteverde. 

Monteverde Tours works with some of the biggest operators in Costa Rica and still works to some extent with Desafio Adventure Company. Both Janet and Greg were senior staff with Desafio but broke away to give a more focused customer service for package vacations and other services. The aim was to have the freedom to use some of the best operators in Costa Rica, without being tied to a parent company that strictly dictated which operator could be used in order to fit in with company policy, Now the best tours can be used throughout Costa Rica!
