Hotel Sol Samar is located in a quiet part of Playa Samara, 2 min walk to the beach and about a 15- 20 minute walk along the beach to the main center of Samara. The hotel is also close to pretty Carrillo Beach (Playa Carrillo).
The hotel has 11 standard rooms (2 of which are handicapped-enabled). These are all garden views. There is one ´suite´ room that has partical ocean views.
The rooms of Sol Samara are modernly decorated and very comfortable! All the standard rooms have garden views and are equipped with 1 queen bed and 1 or 2 twin beds. Each room has A/C, ceiling fan, mini-bar, cable TV, free security safe, wireless internet, telephone with national and international dialing and a private bathroom with hot water.
The hotel has a small casual restaurant area and a large garden at the front. There is also a tiny pool, not big enough for swimming but you can paddle about to cool off!
This is a nice, casual beach hotel, a couple minutes walk to a very quiet part of Samara. It is not a luxury hotel but a good step up from a budget hotel and the rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable.
