Monteverde. Nested on a mountain slope with views of the Pacific, Sapo Dorado offers 3 different suites. They are the Classic, Fountain and Sunset.
Rooms are spread out over the ample property and lush gardens.
The Sapo Dorado is a relaxing place. Plenty of green space, trees and exotic flowers, spacious and comfortable rooms with balconies and large windows, artistic touches, helpful and experienced staff, all of these things make the this hotel such a great place to stay. All the suites are equipped with tables, chairs, glasses and complete bathrooms with hot water.

There is a restaurant serving a variety of foods with plenty of vegetarian and health food options. A full bar and lounge are also available. Dining is
possible on the outdoor terrace as well as indoor Quality service and pleasant atmosphere along with great food make for a pleasant dining experience.
This is an exception as it is much better than most hotel restaurants. Meal packages are available.
Sendero Tranquilo, a private trail is available to guests. This is a nice place to hike and is visited by very few people. Parts of the trail run adjacent to the Monteverde
Reserve. The hotel features a number of beautiful stained glass works by Meg Wallace, which can be found in the rooms and restaurant.
